By: Lily Harvey To honor Earth day, our ecology club is sponsoring a wonderful water drive for the city of Flint beginning next week. We will be donating all of the water to Flint. The grade level class with the most ounces of water on April 20th will receive a ticket for a free ice cream and the overall class winner of the school will get to watch a movie on the big blowup screen with a snack. Don't forget: we will be counting your water by ounces, not by how many bottles or containers!
Also, if you want to donate money, $1 will equal 20 ounces. You can bring in full cases of water bottles, gallons, or bigger, along with money. You CANNOT bring flavored, carbonated, individual bottles, canned water, or bottles with broken seals. Each class is responsible for counting how many ounces they collect. If you have any questions, you can leave a comment, go to the contact page of our website, or email [email protected]. Thank you!
